"Cooper's Come Back" adjustable riding reins is named after one of our permanent residents here on Triple Dream Farm. This lead rope features mint green, our popular turquoise and contrasting black. Cooper's story is at the bottom of the page.
The Lead Rope. Such an integral part of your tack, no matter your discipline. Used to manage your horse, pony, donkey, mule, goat or even the dog leash, in a pinch. A work horse. And, you know you need a strong and dependable one, but who says you can't have that and more?
Our lead ropes are hand made with 100% USA made 550 lbs. test paracord and are approximately 7-1/2 feet long. This means the quality you deserve, is hand made right here in the U.S. with each cord having the breaking strength of 550 lbs. and brilliant color to boot! 100% nylon paracord resists dirt - AND if it does get dirty, a simple wash with dish soap and water with an air dry is all you will need to do to return it to it's brilliant color.
Additionally, because of the way our lead ropes are braided, your little "escape artist" will have difficulty untying him/herself - something that slippery cotton lead rope can't prevent. The braid also provides a little give for those times when your best friend gets a little unruly.
All proceeds from the sale of our products goes directly to the care for our rescues.
NOTE: Please bear in mind that most of our lead ropes are made-to-order and it can take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped.
Taken in by us around 2012, Cooper was an off-the-track-thoroughbred (OTTB) that won over $300,000 for his former owners. After we worked and re-habbed Cooper, it was time to adopt him out to his forever home. Twice Cooper was adopted out and twice shortly after arriving to his new home, the new owners reported Cooper quickly becoming lame with no apparent reason that they, or their vets/farriers could find. Both adopters brought Cooper back to the farm. Both times Cooper miraculously was "cured" and never presented as lame to us before or since his two adoptions. So, "Cooper's come back" is a phrase we have heard one too many times and we have now determined Cooper just wants to stay here.
