Returns
We strive to meet your complete satisfaction.
If you have received a product that is damaged by shipping or defection, you must contact us within 10 days of your receipt of the order through this website only - any other means of contact will not be acknowledged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and prior return authorization from Reins for Rescues.
Products returned for any other reason other than damage or a defect will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Defective or damaged products must be returned within 30 days from your receipt of your order. Any products returned pass the 30 day time period, will not be refunded or accepted for return. Items returned with obvious tampering or dis-assembly, will not be refunded or returned.
Items sold "as-is" and gift cards are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will also include your original shipping costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items returned for an exchange must be returned within 30 days of receipt and with Reins for Rescues prior approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
